Pam said: Delightful, but it would be helpful for all your recipe .pdfs to have the complete ingredient lists and instructions such as the date paste in the jam. If I am just working from the recipe not the videoI might forget to add it.

Linda said: These sound amazing. It must be 30 years since I had a Jammie Dodger! Do you think they would work with all cashew flour? I don’t think raw oats (and other grains) are healthy to eat raw.
therawchef said: You could use cashew flour, and raw oats are good to eat.
Guest says: i eat raw oats all the time for brekkie-I make it the night before, wetting with a little coconut water or kefir (not raw) from raw oats, dried fruits- whatever I have on hand, a grated apple, some chopped nuts (soaked, rinsed, dehydrated) . In winter, you can put it in the dehydrator for a “cooked cereal” sensation.
Debra said: You have such wonderful presentation skills. You have conveyed such love and sweetness in the process of making these Jammie Dodgers. Thank you, it is a inspiration just watching you and seeing your inner child come out.

corinna said: yummie! but one question: in the recipie you mix the raspberries with agave, in the video with (how much?) date paste. which do i use??
Guest says: The date paste is missing from the ingredient list in the PDF file. Is the date paste an alternative to the agave, or meant to be in addition to the agave?
therawchef said: The date paste can be seen made here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7pGbd8xF3E
Victoria Horbury said: They look delicious! How would you store them and how long would they last?
therawchef said: Store them in the fridge – they will last at least a week.
Guest says: Haha- I’d like to know in whose house they would last a week. Not mine. Just like you, Russell, they’d be gobbled up quite quickly – but I suppose there are people who like to savor their goodies :-)

Renee said: Hello, the banana video: perhaps making some ahead of time ( placing the sticks) but only show few of them being placed would be nice.
Jammie Dodgers: I liked this video presentation very much. Showing how ingredients should look is helpful and tips are very nice. Love your personality and presentation. thank you, these look great.
